E)Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction

F)Playing a part in project and team management

G)Working around constraining factors such as environmental impact and project budget

H)Writing and presenting reports/ proposals/ applications and contracts specifying the requirements for the project

I)Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections

J)Keep within budgets and timelines

K)Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project

L)Follow architectural trends and advancements
