  1. Patient Care: Provide compassionate and safe nursing care to patients across the lifespan.   1. Education: Successful completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.

  2. Clinical Competence: Solid foundation in nursing theory and basic clinical skills obtained through clinical rotations during your nursing education. Demonstrated knowledge of medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and other essential nursing procedures.

  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to listen attentively, ask pertinent questions, and convey information clearly and compassionately.

  4. Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess patient needs, prioritize care, and make sound clinical judgments. Ability to recognize and respond to changes in patients' conditions and seek appropriate assistance when needed.

  5. Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. Openness to rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
